New access architecture

High-density, high-rotation warehouses

ORDDO is developing a pallet-based access architecture for high-density, high-rotation warehouses. Core advantage: full single-pallet selectivity combined with the ability to use system-level movement across multiple pallet positions when it improves operational efficiency. Validation is intended to test this advantage in numbers: capacity, cycles, throughput, fill-level impact and customer economics.

~3× morethe preliminary model indicates the potential for roughly three times more pallet positions on comparable floor area. Throughput, the effect of fill level and the real economics of the facility must be confirmed in PoC scenarios.
Full selectivityORDDO preserves access to a single pallet and a specific SKU. System-level movement is an additional capability of the architecture, not a replacement for selectivity.
System-level movementThe system can handle one pallet, but it can also use one horizontal operation to move several pallet positions when this reduces the number of cycles.
Entry segmentThe most natural starting point is where every meter of capacity has high value: cold stores, freezers, high-rotation warehouses, facilities that cannot be expanded and compact urban / last-mile logistics.
IP protectionThe materials show the system value and validation logic, but do not disclose movement sequences, access geometry or elements that would allow the mechanism to be reproduced. Technical details can be discussed in stages after an NDA.
Founder-market fitThe project came from operational practice, not abstract theory: warehouse experience, work with production machinery, programming and conceptual 3D / CAD modeling help translate an operating problem into a mechanical and digital model.
Advantage validationThe main ORDDO validation concerns the pallet system: density, selective access, cycle count, throughput, operation at high fill levels and operating modules. Smaller sector products may become a separate commercialization path, but they do not replace validation of the full pallet ORDDO.

ORDDO presents financing as a process of controlled risk reduction: each risk has a validation stage, a cost of verification and evidence that justifies the next step.
